How do I whitelist the Watchful IP address?

Watchful uses the following IP Addresses:

  • 173.199.154.160
  • 173.199.154.161
  • 173.199.154.164

If you are are experiencing connection or validation issues on numerous sites, particularly on the same server, the Watchful IP Address may be blocked/blacklisted.

To solve this problem, at the the server level, you can contact your host and ask them to whitelist the IP Addressses.

If you are a developper you can GET our Watchful IPs using this link https://app.watchful.li/ip-v4.txt for automate whitelisting on your firewall or other tools requiring whitelisting.
